Dijon Brussels Sprouts

I love Brussels sprouts! My favorite way to make them is roasted. This version has a tangy kick with the mustard. So yum!



Ingredients:
serves 4

4 cups Brussels Sprouts
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs Dijon mustard
salt
pepper

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400º.
2. Cut brussels sprouts in half, lengthwise and put in large bowl.
3. Add olive oil, dijon, salt and pepper and mix.
4. Pour sprouts onto baking sheet and turn cut-side up.
5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until browned. 
6. Enjoy with your favorite meal!
