Coffee Coconut Shake

I came up with this smoothie recipe with my favorite coffee alternative, Dandy Blend. And there's no bananas in it, so it's low sugar, but still tastes great.



Ingredients:
makes 1 serving

1 cup unsweetened coconut (or almond milk)
2 tsp Dandy Blend
1/2 avocado
1 tbs coconut oil
1 tbs cashew or almond butter
1 tsp cacao nibs
1/8 tsp pink salt
1/4 tsp ceylon cinnamon
1 scoop collagen or protein powder
1 date  (I just used 1/2 a date to make it lower sugar)

Directions:

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk or some water if it's too thick.  Don't use ice as drinking cold drinks is very hard on digestion.
