Berry Banana Flax Smoothie

Sometimes a fresh fruit smoothie is the perfect treat. I love using berries in smoothies and coconut yogurt gives it a great taste.


Ingredients:
makes 1 serving

1/2 banana
1 cup berries (I like strawberries and blueberries)
1 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
2 tbs ground flax 
1/2 cup almond milk

Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. 
2. Pour and enjoy!
